TMT is a specialty steel service center concentrating on precision laser cutting, plasma cutting, and oxy-fuel cutting. We now operate out of our new large manufacturing facility. Our goal is to help our customers meet their exacting demands for metal cutting and other precision services, including:

TMT started in January 1986 out of an 8000 square foot building located on Symmes Road in Hamilton, Ohio. Our marketing niche was plate burnouts using an electronic eye to trace parts and shearing blanks to size. With one truck, we serviced the greater Cincinnati area and expanded in our second year with two trucks into Indiana, Kentucky and West Virginia.

In the 1990's, TMT bought a 1350 watt Cincinnati laser and a 175 ton press brake to expand our services. Today, TMT operates three precision CNC lasers: two 2500 watt, and a 4000 watt. These lasers are capable of cutting 3/4 inch carbon, 1/2 inch stainless, aluminum and plastic.

TMT has three CNC controlled plate burning machines: Two ESAB 600 amp plasma/oxy-fuel Avengers and an oxy-fuel ESAB dedicated to burning thicker plate up to 12 inches. Using plasma, the Avengers will cut 1 1/4 inch thick carbon steel, 2 inch thick stainless steel and 3 inch thick aluminum.
